• Compressor runs continuously without reaching set temperature
• Product temperature creeping above the safe storage threshold
• Evaporator coils only partially frosted or completely clear
• Discharge air feels lukewarm instead of cold

Take these steps now, before our technician arrives:

• Check the set point on the controller — confirm it hasn't been accidentally raised.
• Inspect the evaporator coil for heavy ice build-up that blocks airflow.
• Verify the condenser fan is running and the condenser coil isn't blocked by debris.
• Move stock away from the evaporator to restore air circulation, then call REYDS.

• Restricted airflow — Blocked or iced evaporator coils prevent heat exchange between the air and the refrigerant.
